Yoga

Yoga is a beautiful group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India and have spread throughout the world.
The physical movements are designed to bring a balance between strength and flexibility in the body.
The breath, mantra, and meditation practice aspects are designed to
cleanse the body, clear the mind, and bring the practitioner into a state of bliss and calm- and perhaps into a sense of deeper connection with their own personal concept of Divine.

Reid of Hidden Gem of Douglasville is proud to be teaching weekly classes at Just Breathe Yoga Center located on Highway 5 behind Chik-fila. Just Breathe offers a variety of classes including Beginner’s Yoga, Mommy & Me Yoga, and a variety of other classes.

Reid in particular is teaching a Friday Slow Flow class at 9:30am.

She is also teaching a Women’s Health Yoga, which is a specialized practice that supports women in and through the 3 Seasons of Womanhood, Motherhood, and Wise-Womanhood. This class is on Mondays at 7:15pm.
