If you are living with chronic pain, struggling with back pain management, or need sciatic nerve pain relief we have the massage solutions for you! We use techniques such as Neuro-muscular Massage , Trigger Point Therapy , and Cupping Therapy all of which can be used to cleanse and nourish the body and provide much-needed relaxation and pain relief.
We are also very much dedicated to educating you on ways to mitigate pain between sessions by offering some of the best self massage tools available to use between sessions.

We bring the added skills of Fertility Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, and Yoga for Menopause under the same roof, with Reid Forrester as the skilled and knowledgeable practitioner dedicated to serving women moving through these seasons of life.
Yoga provides stretches to relieve lower back, hip, and neck pain (amongst other areas of the body). The practice of yoga also offers meditation and breath exercises to ease stress, balance the hormones, and calm the mind.
At Hidden Gem we also serve women through Fertility Massage, Prenatal Massage, and Better Birth Massage and Coaching.
For our Fertility and Better Birth Clients the foundation of our work is The Arvigo Techniques of Mayan Abdominal Therapy™ which has ancient roots in the Traditional Medicine of Central America.
For our Fertility clients we offer 1, 2, and 4 Month Fertility Care Packages to align educate, and empower you with tools and understandings of the body the you won’t get from your Western Medical practitioner. It’s an excellent primary approach to prevent miscarriage and boost your fertility. It also works well as a complimentary approach to increase IUI or IVF success rates if you choose to or are already working with a fertility clinic or reproductive health specialist.
